Who we are

Growth Marketing House is a digital marketing agency in the United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at teamgrowthmarketinghouse@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the free audit form: your name, company, email address, budget and message. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that follow you around the web.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare the audit you asked for. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, because you contacted us and expect a reply. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it is kept

• Cloudflare. The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores a copy of each enquiry so nothing is lost if an email fails.
• Our inbox. Each enquiry is emailed to our business inbox, which runs on Google.

These providers may process data outside the UK under safeguards approved for UK data transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what the law asks us to keep for our records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it or ask us to limit it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
